We are sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your order.
We issue refunds on all items that have been returned back to us and has gone thru a return inspection which is usually 24hrs after we have received the item.
Return inspection entails that you have returned the item back to us without any damages such as tears that are not apart of items design, stains and/or smells, if returned item passes return inspection and there is no wear and tear your card will be refunded for that item.
We accept items to be returned within 7 days of item delivery day. To return an item you must contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after you receive your order to get a return label and proper mailing bag in the mail, we must receive the item back in order for an inspection to be done to receive your refund.
There are NO RETURNS on, On Sale Items, Intimates, Swimwear, Wigs/Hairs, Hats, Jewelry or Facial Items.
If anything is wrong with your item once it has been delivered to you, you must contact us immediately for Correction.
